How long should the Wedding Ceremony take?
Ideally 20 - 30 minutes in total. It should be long enough for people to be immersed in the ceremony itself, but not too long to be too taxing.
Can overseas visitors get married in Australia?
Absolutely - Australia has many beautiful places where you can be married - but you are only permitted to stay if you have gone through the correct visa requirements with the Department of Immigration. We can only help you with the legal requirements for the marriage itself. How much do you charge? What does it include?
I charge a nominal flat rate of $495 which covers the following:

Will you travel to my ceremony if I want to have it in the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains or somewhere unusual?
I am happy to travel - anything to make your day just the way you would like it. Of course, there may be an additional charge if I am travelling long distance. For weddings in the City I would only charge tolls and parking. For longer distances that require overnight stays I would charge accommodation . All this can be discussed and agreed upon. The benefit of hiring a celebrant in your home location is that we can meet as often as you wish to build your wedding ceremony.
I'm not religious but my partner is, to an extent. Can you incorporate something religious into the ceremony?
If you would like to retain some of the traditions from your own culture, Ceremonies with Soul can incorporate whatever you would like into your wedding ceremony, to make it as meaningful, formal or casual, contemporary or classic as you would like. This is your special day, remember. I am here to make it as special as I can for you.
